i have been getting servere leg cramps kind of like bad charlie horses that dont go away.the docs are baffled. they lasts months somtimes. does anyone know what the cause is or how to get rid of them???help please

I have bad muscle pain in the top parts of my arms at night

I have really bad pain in both of my arms at night. I can't hardly roll over on the top part of my arsm. The pain is just under my shoulder on the side part of my arms. They also get very stiff. In the evenings at times I feel sick to my stomach.
