I have a small, sore dry patch on my nose that will not go away.

This may have started as a pimple but I have had it for months. It is dry and very difficult to pick and yet if I let it go a week nothing changes. could it be cancerous?

Dizziness, lighheadedness. Could it be a sinus infection?

I feel dizzy especially at night time, while sleeping.. nausea.. not vertigo like spinning etc. most probably because of sinus. no sinus pain though.. what should I do??? doctor gave me antibiotics but nothng changed...btw I have been feeling dizzy for 3 months. sometimes it gets better sometimes...
