Hello! I have an abnormally large bump inside my right nostril. It has been there for about 4 days and im starting to get worried since its growing bigger. It is sore but not painful. something punctured it and now its slowly bleeding. Any help???

Congested nose during rainy season and cold weather

Hi..I always have a congested nose during rainy season and whenever the weather is cold which makes it difficult for me to breathe and I breathe with my mouth most times .its been occurring for years now.. Please what can I do.. Thanks
