My friend is 14 years old having nose bleed every month

I have a friend,she's 14 yrs. old... she's always having nose bleeding every month. either before her period or after her period..

Her parents are worried about her. they have tried to take her to the hospital and have her check up but doctors said .. it's still normal .. but her parents are not contented ...
