left brain pain

left brain pains alot max 10 mins when i get up from bed or when it delay to take food on time.... my quick medicine is cool bath as soon as i get this and i will rush up to have food and it goes suddenly... some one help me.. how to prevent this permanently? or its something bad should i go meet...

could tle return after 17 seizure free years
