I am a 24 year old male, and am feeling the tingling sensation people are describing, more so in the back left, on the inside of my skull. It started a few days ago. I woke up from a nap, on a library desk and felt a very strange tickle on the back right of my head, almost like a finger tickling me. I put my hand on the back of my head to feel what it was, but nothing was there, and it went on for a little while. I panicked in that moment, and had a small panic attack, but the feeling went away so I calmed down. For the past few days the tingling has come back, not the same as the weird tickling, but more subtle, almost burning. I also have been feeling nauseous , which I think due to me having anxiety over this weird feeling, which probably triggered my acid reflux, so I think thats nothing to worry about. I read most of the responses here, and it appears that people getting this are young people with a lot of anxiety. So I believe it to be anxiety related. I personally have been suffering from a lot of anxiety and panic attacks in the past year, and putting any focus on my body just worsens my hypochondriac tendencies . The one thing that seems to help is exercise and good diet, which clears my head, and makes me put less focus on my body. Hope this helps.
