About 9-10 months ago I hurt my back lifting a couch because I'm dumb like that. I had an impinged nerve, had sciatica, two bulging discs, and had many, many cortisone treatments and physical therapy for it. For the past two weeks every time I exhale from a deep breath, a cold and sharp pain shoots through some of my nerves in my calves and forearms. I'm not diabetic, and I know that with certainty, so I don't know why I'm having this pain. Could it be due to something in my back? But my SI joint was involved, as well as L4 and L5, so I'm not sure why my arms would hurt as well. Honestly, it's getting a little bit worse as time progresses, but I'd like to know if there is an easy solution, like exercises I could try, or something.
I would also like to know if maybe I'm making a bigger deal out of this than I should be. It's significant pain, and it's preventing me from breathing deeply. If it's nothing, then I'd like to know now instead of wasting my time worrying about it.
Thanks in advance!
