I get migrains, so i think they are migrains... Its a horrible headache that will cause my ears to hurt and throb, and messes with my vision and makes me sick to my stomach, they are unbarable at times, not even medicine will help... Pain in arms and legs, feels like my skin is burning

I've been having this feeling for 2 weeks. It's burning kind of pain in both my arms and legs. When I touch my skin it feels like I have stings and needles underneath, or like a burn. There's no visible rash or changes tho. It's getting worse in the morning. My doctor couldn't find anything wrong.
