life expectancy for cerebral palsy children

My friends got a baby. However, after doing some tests, doctors established cerebral palsy in this kid. I cannot tell you how sorry I am. I would like to know something more about life expectancy for children with this disease. Does anyone have any idea? I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Can't have a surgery after stroke because of general anesthesia!

Hello, folks. I have a serious problem. I got hernia and it is indicated for the operation. However, two years ago I survived a mild stroke. It seems I cannot have a surgery after stroke because of general anesthesia. Is this true? I would really like to hear your opinion on this. Thanks.
