Its the same for me, sometimes when i am walking after lying down or something, i get dizzy disorientated and cant see to well also i feel tingly, this does not last long though, i try to walk around in that state until it goes away and i am 14 need answers, help please

Does anybody have these as well? Stingy, almost blinding headaches that strike just below the eyebrow, if that description make any sense?
