Sleep problem, I'm tired but my body is just restless and I can never get comfortable

Lately, I'm having trouble sleeping. I'm tired but my body is just restless and I can never get comfortable.. and when I finally think everything is ok and get close to fall asleep I have to move my leg because it "twitches "? What's up with me and how can I get sleep??

Diagnosed with Dysembryoplastic Neuroepithelial Brain tumor but no seizures

Hello, I am 21 years and on April 7th 2016, I was diagnosed with a rather rare benign brain tumor called a Dysembroplastic Neuroepithelial Tumor (DNET) and I was told that it has more than likely been present for years but I have never had a seizure. Is this common for brain tumors or no?
