My Hands Won't Stop Shaking!!!

Whenever i am writing i have to be careful because if i'm not my writing looks like crap because my hands are constantly shaking. When i get really stressed and force myself to just sit still for a moment they shake even harder and i also get weird strong spasms all throughout my body as well....
