Hi. I had a sinus surgery. I am home now. However, I don`t feel any better. I have migraine headaches. I was prescribed with some pain meds, and they are helpful, but I don`t think I should have headaches at all. What to do?

I have a young man in my class, at around 16 years he started to tic and pull faces and more recently he been grunting and vocalising. This usually happens in public places. His mother thinks it is touretts and separate from his autism, could this be the case?
