numbness in feet

I have a question regarding my health. I am 47 years old and lately I have been experiencing this strange feeling of numbness in feet. Can you tell me what could this be? Should I talk to my doctor? I did have a lot of physical stress these days, maybe it is from that.

When someone have Morton's neuroma does it has injury or illness? What kind of condition is neuroma and what causes it? My grandma has this condition and she is going to have surgery next week.
