fever for 15 days

Blackouts, nose bleeds, dizziness, cold flashes, headaches

My wife blacks out randomly and she gets bad headaches, dizziness is common and gets nose bleeds too. Not to mention the hot and cold flashes she gets shes only 22 and i'm worried about her. Anyone think they might know whats going on with her?
