11 day headache

Can someone please give me some advice. I have had a headache for 11 days now and it started across my forehead but now have pain in my temples and a shooting pain from the front of my head to the back and down my neck. Paracetamols and brufen and not helping. Any advice please?

numbness started wih left pinky
