Constant Headache and heaviness in head for long time

Hlw. Im sujoy. I have been suffering from constant headache and pressure in my head.i fell heaviness back of eyes,on nose,forehead and fell pain on eyes when i look side and up.sometime i can hear beep sound also.if i smile or chew something heaviness become more heavy. My husband says his body feels like it’s turning into cement and other strange symptoms...
