Red/ White bumps under the tongue

I noticed awhile ago that I had reddish white bumps underneath my tongue and the area in which the tongue and mouth connect but I never thought much of it. They dont cause any pain. But I'm starting to get worried because they seem to be pretty big.

I get them often, definitely more often than your average human, what i wanted to know is what i could do to prevent mouth ulcers from occurring, and what sort of cures i could possibly try out, any help/advice and i'll be more then grateful as these ulcers are driving me absolutely insane
