I have two ulcers in my mouth. One behind my last molar and another like w half an inch away from it inside my cheek. I noticed a red spot yesterday morning but no other symptoms. I put salt on it. A few hours later I looked in my mouth again and discovered that the red spot is now an ulcer and is very painful. What is it?
