Red bump on gums

Next to my tooth that has broken and if almost gone, I have a bump that is red and sometimes hardens while other times it soft, smooth. I've been having a lot of pain in that tooth and then this appeared. What can it be? I don't have insurance. Please help!!

how long does swelling last after apicoectomy?

I had an apicoectomy done 7 days ago. I can feel pain in the first 3-4 days and the swelling getting better starting from the 4th day. But I can still sell that there is a little bit swelling on the right cheek near the tooth. Is this normal? I am afraid that this kind of swelling will not go away...

Is it normal for sublingual glands to be visible?

recently i noticed under my tongue on the floor of my mouth i have lumps of tissue on each side. . the sublingual salivary glands. Is it normal for them to raised and visible or is the normal floor of the mouth flat. Thanks.
