lump on gums after monthly.

ok i have noticed that after my monthly i get this really weird bump on my gums in the upper left area. it is hard and when i press on it, it moves. when i go to rub under my nose it hurts. when i looked for it in the mirror i didn't see it. Also it stay for a few weeks and then its gone.
