I often get these small white bumps on my tongue and I usually get embarrised about it so I end up biting it off, but then it comes back in bigger patches, sometimes it goes away completely but recently it hasn't been going away fully and comes back bad.. I get scared that its like mouth herpies, which I'm pretty sure its not, cause I'm not that sexually active.. So I get afraid of it being cancer or something really bad.
