White thing in my mouth in the morning

I am 37 years old and just started to have these white things in my mouth in the morning, they look like high concentrated milk and they are easy to be peeled off, but this bothers me a lot, I have seen using some lip treatments before i go to bed every night, wonder if that caused it?
