During accident, the skin inside my lower lip was peeled off

Recently 10 days back I met with an accident.. Due to this accident the skin inside my lower lip was peeled off.. i.e. Layer inside my lower lip was peeled off.. And even my lip was swollen and not yet cured from the last 10 days. What to do to get this cured..??

Around my tongue ring it's kinda red , I got it pierced on the 7th and today's is the 10th. Is it infected ? I can speak , it doesn't hurt at all. I can move it around the redness just scared me.
