I just got my tounge done Friday it still kinda hurts the bars rubbing on my gums n stuff but my tounge is yellowish n white n around my tounge ring its like red am I ok ? Cuz I'm freaking out

I had mine done 4 days ago, yes it is still numb but my biggest worry is my lower jaw under the bottom bar it aches, was wondering if it's because I'm straining too much to talk normally or if infection is setting in. Anyone else have this issue???
