Blood in saliva

My wife is concerned about blood in her saliva, in the morning only. It's bright pink in color. She doesn't have any mouth sores. She said she doesn't have any pian anywhere. This has happen for the last 5 days in a row, and this has never happen be for. What do you think? thank you
