still oozing blood 3 days after extraction

Need some (more) professional advice.  I have cirrhosis and a low platelet count (40,000 range). Okay so I got mine done friday & today is tuesday. Ive been doing everything... ice, diluted mouthwash & sea salt. Its still a little swollen but nothing too bad. My only problem is that my gums, jaw, and cheeks started hurting yesterday and got worse today. I dont know if its from mouth washing...
