had tooth out 9 days ago took 2 dentists a hour to remove .. ended up at hospital 2 days later and my dentist 5 days ago as pain was so bad  was put on antibiotics and finish them today .. my mouth still sore and tastes and smells bad plus teeth at each side of were tooth were taken are so sore...

Bulb on Gums on the left side of my mouth

Okay so recently my wisdom teeth have just come in and on the left side of my mouth right by the wisdom tooth there is this big bulb and it does not hurt really... just a little sore but when i press on it I can push it down like a balloon and then it will come back up. Is this serious or not?

I am worried because of my tooth loss and I decided to replace missing teeth in order to maintain my healthy and functional mouth. When I consulted Dr.Stephen Phelan he suggested dental implantation. Which will be better; dental implantation or fixed bridges?? What's your opinion about...
