Have any of you used zantac 75 for heartburn before? I have tried several heartburn products and most of them have caused me to have one side effect or another; usually several side effects at once. Now, I am thinking about zantac 75. What is your experience with zantac 75 and its side effects?

I was diagnosed high blood pressure and have been on carduzem since then. I also suffer angina pectoris. I think that I’ve developed very slow heart beat because of carduzem’s effect. It seems abnormally slow sometimes. Is that really its adverse effect? Am on 300mg daily.
