Breathing Problem 20 years old

Fever with Upper Respitory Infection

I was just wonderning how long a fever can last with an upper respitory infection. I have ran a fever off and on for 5 days now. Never over 101 but still long enough to conern me. Do you think I need to be concerned? I am currently taking Biaxin 1000mg. Thank You!
