Hi! I have obstructive sleep apnea. My doctor advised me to use a Continuous positive airway pressure. Many people told me that CPAP can be very effective but I don’t know enough about it. I’ve just started using CPAP for OSA and I’m asking what the possible side effects of using it are.

As you probably know, CPAP is the most common treatment for OSA. It is recommended by the majority of doctors worldwide. I also used it for a while and I find it very effective. The most common side effects are dry eyes in the morning, nasal congestion, headaches and sometimes allergies.
