X-ray Test Results: The lungs are relatively hyperaerated

Pls explain the meaning of this x-ray results... The lungs are relatively hyperaerated. There are suspicious left apical densities. Heart is not enlarged. Aortic knob is calcific. Diaphragm and the rest of the thoracic structures are unremarkable. Thank you.

Got my APE result today. Suspicious infiltrates are noted in the right apex for which a lordotic view is suggested The rest of the lungs fields are clear Hila and the pulmonary vessels are within normal limits Heart is not enlarged No other remarkable findings. Is this serious? Help! Thank you B
