i have my xray and it says the following

Linear densities are seen in both upper lobes. heart is not enlarged. diaphragm and sulci are intact.

the dorsal spine is mildly deviated to the right.. The impression was:

fibrotic scarring;both upper lobes

mild dorsal dextroscoliosis... what is this mean? do i have a problem? thank you
