I was recently in a bicycle accident and XRays were taken to check for internal injuries. My chest Xray read; Heart size is borderline in size. There are low lung volumes with increased perihilar densities. There is no evidence of pneumothorax. Can someone explain to me the meaning of the diagnosis. Should I be concerned? I am a 63 year old male. Thanks, Keith
