Dizzy sometimes and urge to take one big deep breath but cant always succeed in doing so

Desk job, no excersize, feeling dizzy, nothing very bad though. Not breathless, but urge to take one full deep breath but cant always succedd in doing so and then feel dizzy. Not too stressed life. What could be cause?

Hi I had my xray which state of the following:  There are minimal suspicious hazed opacities in both upper lobes. And it's impression is apicolordotic view? Thus it mean I had illness?? Thank you in advance.
