Desk job, no excersize, feeling dizzy, nothing very bad though. Not breathless, but urge to take one full deep breath but cant always succedd in doing so and then feel dizzy. Not too stressed life. What could be cause?

Hi I had my xray which state of the following:  There are minimal suspicious hazed opacities in both upper lobes. And it's impression is apicolordotic view? Thus it mean I had illness?? Thank you in advance.

I AM OFW GOING ABROAD TO KSA.I GOT X-RAY AND RESULT WAS: SUSPICOUS LINEAR FIBROID RIGHT PARACARDIAC. I AM WORRY BEACUSE I HEARD THAT CAN BE A CRITICAL SUBJECT AND MAYBE I WILL BE REPATRIATED BY MY EMPLOYER GOVERMENT. PLEASE GIVE ADVISE FOR THIS RESULT.
