So my chest xray result says that

suspicious infiltrates are seen in the left upper lobe

the heart is not enlarged

diaphragm and both costophrenic sinuses are intact

 

impression:

suspicious left upper lobe infiltrates. Suggest apico-lordotic view. Incidental finding of dextroscoliosis of the thoracic spine.
