Suspicious right upper lobe density, Spot film of the right hemithorax

Good day, I'm Alverose and I'm 18 years old .Last month May 11,2018 I went to the hospital to have medical because this is one of the requirements of the school I am taking and when I saw the result of my CHEST PA it says that there was a ''Suspicious right upper lobe densities, Spotfilm of the right hemithorax recommended.'' what does it mean? Could someone explain? Thank you in advance to whom may answer my question.
