My 3 year old daughter is scared of her dad, she is crying frantically when she is near him

I have a 3 year old daughter. Just recently we visited her dad. Shes been scared of him since i could remember. When we saw him, she started crying frantically and wouldnt let him pick her up or even hug her. Since that day shes been peeing herself. Im not sure what to make of this, i need answers

My two year old son is getting this Welty looking rash while he sleeps. Just washed his bed clothes. Didn't change detergent or anything. He feels sweaty and clammy but not hot. This only happens at bed and nap time. Please help
