I am 15 years old and have never had sex before. A few days ago I discovered some pimple-like bumps above (not on) my penis. They Itch ALOT so if someone could tell me what it is and if i need to see a doctor that would be great. Please respond.

SWELLING OF THE PENIS

I am a 59 year old paraplegia.  I have a catheter  line in my bladder for drainage.  Three weeks it was plugged for about 5 hours.  A new line was put in, but with swelling of the skin above the penis.  When pressing on the swelling, the penis starts to erect.
