I am an elite athlete,with many yrs on the bike and or in the saddle.In the last couple of yrs,I have been developing a small fiberous like lump in my scrotum,just beneath the penis and to the right.When my body tempature is cold,it is quite a bit firmer than the rest of the scrotum;and when warm,it is like a thin layer that is a part of the layering of the scrotum.
Could this be my body protecting itself by creating its own form?
I went to do an MRI and it showed it to be an area of extra vasc tissue.
Thoughts and have you ever heard of such a case.
