I have a testis question.

my current condition of the testis is not comfortable. the testis balls move from left to right and it seems they have gone out of shape. I feel lot of discomfort as they seems to be not in one place , however there is no pain as such. what is the solution of such problem.

Dirt building up around my genital area especial scrotum

Its already been more than a year now.. Around my genital area especially my scrotum skin there is thick layer dirt, i hv to clean in everyday during shower. It builds up very fast, its like dead skin cells with dirt makes my genitals a bit smelly too. what should i do. ?
