burning meatus of phallus

the meatus of my penis burns after i ejaculate. otherwise it is fine but after i ejaculate it stings and turns red. it lasts for about 20 minutes then goes back to normal. it only happens after i ejaculate. on each side of the opening it gets irritaed after the ejaculation.

I have noticed a bump in the left side of my penis painless when soft

I have noticed a bump (hard area) on the left side of my penis, painless when soft, but a lil painful when erected. Would I be concern ? is the consumption of excesive Aspartame on the daily basis safe ? would that caused me that bumb ?
