Pimple on the underside of my penis shaft.

So earlier this morning I noticed a something which resembles a pimple on the underside of my penis shaft between the foreskin and the scrotum. It has a white puss underneath the surface and is about 1mm large. I've never had sex and I'm 15 years old. Please tell me what to do about it.
