Well, he grabs it because it tingles or tickles.  That's what he says so it makes sense.

I think the best thing to do would be ignore this behavior.  If you say something every time he does it then it gets him attention.  Let it go for a while, see if it stops. 

To him, it's not sexual at that age.  He's got an itch, that's all.

He should outgrow it.

Hes just curious of what is down there.i mean hes only 6. Thts why hes playing with it and saying stuff like that. You should make sure to STOP him everytime he grabs it, because if you dont, when he gets older hes always going to be grapping and playing with it. My moms friends, son used to do that, his mom never stopped him from grabbing his penis, so hes been doing ever since he was young and he stopped when he was 12 i think... . make sure he doesnt make it a habbit. Give him a small slap on the hand when he does it or put him in a corner, he'll learn eventually not do grab it again.
