Hello Guys. Am a 30 plus years old male and I have never achieved an ejaculation during sex or during Masturbation but only from occasional wet dreams. A test for Right and Left FNAC indicates mature spermatozoa. What could be my problem and probable solutions? Thank you in advance for your help.
