Hi, I've been pulling the foreskin back on my penis now for some time (I can get it all the way back) and I have some skin attached to the head of the penis and don't know what to do with it. I've heard some people just cut it but wouldn't that hurt and would it bleed? Any help would be greatful.

I am really nervous. I am 14 years old and my foreskin has gone off the head and retracted back the way. Now the head is out and it is very sensitive and hurts when anything touches it and I am finding it very comfortable

I can only retract my foreskin about 1 1/2 down the shaft from behind the head of the penis (Frenulum Breve?) Is this normal and any women ever experienced anything like this? thank you
