Dry skin after thrush

So I tend to shave my pubic area and usually a few days later I get large bumps that are red in an inflamed way. Sometimes they will burst in a mini wave of blood will come out, other times they just go away. They also can vary between no sensitivity at all but other times simply pushing down on it...
