hi i'm 19 years old and sometimes when i get an erection the middle portion of my penis takes time to get erected while the top and lower part gets erected, but within seconds the middle portion gets erected too and after then my penis is perfectly normal. WHATS HAPPENING? is this a big problem?

Are there any other guys with the same problem here? I have a new girlfriend and since we are only just getting to know each other, we are using condoms which I HATE. I get very aroused but when we put on the condom I lose my erection almost instantly. What can I do about this? Any suggestions?
