Hello, My penis burns after I go to the bathroom when I drink beer and it's worse if I have sex. The only way to stop the burning is to soak in the tub, but it still takes about an hour for the burning to stop. What do you think is wrong with me?

So basically when my penis is erect it isnt always the same size, so sometimes it will be 7inches and others it will be 6inches but thicker and other times it will be 5inches and not all to thick at all soo i dont understand anyone have an explanation er should i see the doctor
