ok heres my story
well i am 14 and uncircumsied ,when i was like 10 i was masturbating and i pulled it to hard and the skin at the bottom came loose and i thought nothing of it.
now i am 14 and it is only connected on 2 little pieces of skin on the side.
and at the bottom of the head has tiny little spots.
it is really strange and at the bottom of the head there is like a gap where the skin is meant to attach and is abit swollen
could you please help me :-(

hey man,
since this happened so long ago there is realy nothing you can to fix it unless your doctor sends you to a urologist (a doctor who deals only with issues in the male reproductive/urinary system and female urinary system). then possibly the urologist could make a fresh cut in the frenulum and stitch it back in place. highly doubt that they would opt for that since it really isnt a problem. tell me, does the forskin slide back over the head of your non erect penis?? the only problem if any that could happen is that your forskin wont automaticaly retract over the head of the penis and you will simply just have to pull it back over yourself.
so you really don't have anything to worry about... if it does tear again though you may be able to go to the doctor (as long as it is no longer than 12hours after you tear it) and they may be able to stitch it.
one word of caution. %-) If the doctors try and have you circumscised don't it is not necessary and they are only trying to make some extra money at your expense.... ;-)
let us know if you have any more questions or concerns
